Day 52 of the Nutrition Challenge

Yay!!! It's Friday!!!

One more day to Eamon's summer bash!! I can't wait!! Time for another 2 a days!!! I was up at 6am which is super early!!

Breakfast:
My usu coffee
3 egg whites
1 chicken sausage
2 green onion stalks
4 mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil

TEAM WOD:
2000 m row
5000lb power cleans 95lb
250 box jumps 20'
100 kb swings
50 cousins
75 toes to bars
100 push ups
400m run fwd
400m run bkwd
150 double unders

Lunch:
6oz rotisserie chicken
1.5 cups of broccoli
1 tbsp peanut butter
