Day 30 of the Nutrition Challenge

Rest Day Thursday!

Today I am resting from the gym!! :-) Although I may do some burpees not for insurance per say but now I kind of like doing them.

Breakfast:
Coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 & stevia
1 egg, 2 egg whites sauteed with onion & peppers in 1/2 tbsp butter
2 pieces of bacon
1 sausage

Lunch:
Protein Shake

Dinner:The Twisted Vine
Salad
meatballs
