Turkey cobb salad w/1 tbsp of ranch dressing

I drank a captain & diet

Sunday:
Breakfast:
usual coffee
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 TJ bacon
3 onions
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
Lunch:
Vente Cafe Americano
3 squirts of sugarfree hazelnut
heavy cream over ice
Dinner:
some chips guacamole
grilled chicken
side salad - yum!
3 lemon cake bites
3 beers :-/
