Day 45 of the Nutrition Challenge

Training filled Friday!!

So excited for today because I am sub trainer at RXD all day!! Yay!!

No Breakfast except my usual coffee

Lunch:
El torito grilled chicken fajitas

WOD:
AMRAP 20 min
10 push press
15 24in box jumps
10 ring dips (dam these get hard after a few rounds)
7 rds

Dinner:
Rosine's
1/2 roasted chicken
babaganoush
ratatouille
