onions & mushrooms 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil

Lunch:

1 small slice of pizza
2 beers ( I owe 50 burpees for the weekend)
Dinner:
Hoff's Hutt
Beef Sandwich (yes with the bread)
coleslaw
bite of strawberry pie
