Friday - Long Week!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 piece of bacon
1/4 avocado


No Lunch I was bad

WOD:NNRA 20 minutes
10 OVHS 65lb
10 burpees
10 pull ups
400m run
5 Rounds 21:35

Dinner:
Esther's
3 street tacos with al pastor
shared a basket of chips & salsa with Homer
